  • Heat oven to 375°F. In bowl, mix together first 9 ingredients and 1⁄4 cup mustard. Season with salt and pepper; press into 9″ x 5″ loaf pan. Combine remaining mustard and ketchup; brush on top of meatloaf.
  • Bake 1 hr. or until no longer pink in center. Broil 2 min. or until browned, if desired.
